Lincoln Property Company announced today that Ethan Bernardi and Nathan Bortnick have joined the company as Senior Vice Presidents of Lincoln Property Company’s Maryland Leasing Services Group.

A 15-year broker expert in the Maryland area, Ethan Bernardi most recently served as Senior Vice President of leasing at Transwestern representing both office tenants and landlords throughout the Washington, D.C., metro area. Prior to joining Transwestern, he served as Vice President and Principal at HBW Construction Group. As a Washington, D.C. native, he’ll leverage his strong business relationships and his in-depth market expertise in construction, architecture and management to add to the Lincoln team.
Nathan Bortnick is a native of Montgomery County, Maryland and has over 10 years of brokerage expertise in the Washington, D.C. area representing both office landlords and tenants. He has cultivated in-depth market knowledge, insight, and a deep bench of relationship networks throughout his career. Prior to joining Lincoln, Bortnick worked with Bernardi at Transwestern as Vice President of leasing as well as HBW Construction Group. Nathan prides himself on strong communications skills that have helped foster long-term business relationships that will help strengthen Lincoln’s Maryland team.
