In a recent article by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer was featured. On June 1, 2016 Thalhimer celebrates seventy (70) years as the oldest AMO® in the Commonwealth of Virginia, having maintained this distinguished designation since the AMO’s inception in 1946. Thalhimer was one of only three companies in the world to first receive the AMO® designation. In addition to holding the AMO® designation, Thalhimer has 70 portfolio/property managers with 9 Certified Property Managers (CPM®), 6 Certified Property Manager Candidates (CPM-C®), and 4 Accredited Commercial Managers (ACoM®); all are professional designations as part of IREM®.
