Terry Newendorp
Venture Global LNG, Inc. has added a highly regarded energy financial advisor, Terry Newendorp, to its Board of Directors. Mr. Newendorp was the founder and former chairman of the independent investment bank Taylor-DeJongh, where he advised clients in the LNG and energy infrastructure space. Newendorp brings more than 30 years of expertise specific to LNG. He has served as the financial advisor for 27 trains of LNG production, more than 77,000 MW of power generation and more than 26,000 km of pipelines. Previous to the board appointment, Mr. Newendorp acted as an advisor to the company.

Venture Global LNG is developing both the 10 MTPA Venture Global Calcasieu Pass facility on an approximately 1,000-acre site located at the intersection of the Calcasieu Ship Channel and the Gulf of Mexico, and the 20 MTPA Venture Global Plaquemines LNG facility in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana on an approximately 630-acre site at river mile marker 55 on the Mississippi River, located 30 miles south of New Orleans, Louisiana.
