Two Transactions for Shoe City stores
H&R Retail, a Washington, DC/Baltimore-based retail real estate brokerage firm,announced that it recently completed six retail lease transactions in Maryland, including two transactions on behalf of Shoe City. The leases include:
- Shoe City leased 4,872 square feet at Ellsworth Place, Silver Spring, Md. from Silver Spring Retail LLC. H&R represents both parties: David Ward and Sean Harcourt represented the landlord; and Geoffrey Mackler and Bradley Buslik with H&R represented the tenant.
- Shoe City leased 4,813 square feet at Chesapeake Square, Glen Burnie, Md. from Chesapeake Associates and Chesapeake GB, LLC. Geoffrey Mackler and Bradley Buslik with H&R represented the tenant.
- Integrity Staffing Solutions leased 5,800 square feet at Erdman Shopping Center, Baltimore from The Erdland Company. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R represented the landlord.
- Smoke Shop leased 1,800 square feet at Kaywood Shopping Center, Mt. Ranier, Md. from Kaywood Shopping Center/Kay Management. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R represented the landlord.
- Vintage Toys and Records leased 1,360 square feet at Cherry Tee Shopping Center from C&G Route 29, LLP. Larry Hoffman, Scott Yurow, and Brian Mitchell with H&R represented the landlord.
- Radian Corporation leased 1,202 square feet at Shops at Seneca Meadows, Germantown, Md. from Minkoff Development Corporation. Bradley Buslik and Sebastian Restifo with H&R represented the tenant and landlord.
