Gary Schneider, a realtor with Champion Realty since 2007, was inducted into the Champion Hall of Fame for achieving $50 million in settled Champion sales.
A sales representative in the office supply business for 27 years before transitioning to real estate, Schneider’s strong work ethic and “self-starter” capabilities helped him quickly gain success with Champion, Schneider said. “I watched and learned from everyone and worked steadily to achieve my goals.”
Schneider likes the independence of real estate while benefiting from the support of an experienced management team—the latter a key reason why he chose Champion Realty. “As soon as I talked with Pat Savani [manager of the Annapolis office] I knew that Champion was the right decision. I have so much respect for her knowledge and ethics.”
Schneider said he enjoys handling complex transactions and being an advocate for his clients. “This award acknowledges that I’ve stood the test of time in real estate and I’ve arrived.” In his spare time, he volunteers with the Annapolis Youth Lacrosse Association, where over the past 20 years he’s been a coach, officer and administrator.
“Gary is great at this job,” Savani said. “His confidence, his attention to detail—he never considers that he can’t accomplish what he sets out to do. He loves what he does, and people love him. No matter how late I leave the office, he’s still at his desk working hard, and always with a smile.”
