The 72,878 square foot retail center, built in 2006, is located at 15131-15193 Montanus Drive in Culpeper, VA. The property, which was 79% leased at the time of the acquisition and is anchored by an Aldi grocery store, was acquired for $12,500,000. Additional tenants in the center include Starbucks, Five Guys and Rent-A-Center.

The sale was completed by Eric Robison with leasing advisors Berkley Mitchell and Sharon E. Schmidt assisting in the transaction.
