Cresa Washington DC was recently recognized by the Washington Business Journal as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the Greater Washington area. The corporate real estate advisory firm, the largest in the area specializing in tenant representation, was ranked number four out of 26 companies in the Large Company Category.  Cresa is the only commercial real estate company in that category.

“We’re proud that our company culture of ‘do the right thing’ resonates with our employees and motivates them to perform at the highest level,” said Gene Sachs, a Managing Principal at Cresa Washington DC. “We take a lot of pride in our work environment and stress the importance of a healthy work-life balance.”

He added, “Our clients motivate us to deliver outstanding results.  We believe that the best people plus the best workplace produces the best results. We’re honored to receive this accolade and will strive to continue being one of the area’s best places to work.”

According to the Washington Business Journal, companies that receive this honor value their employees and enjoy going the extra mile to create great workplaces.  Companies were honored at an event on June 9 at the Arena Stage in Washington, D.C.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the annual regional awards that honor the top companies in five categories: small, (10-24 employees), medium (25-49 employees), large (50-249 employees), extra-large (250 and up.) Companies are recognized for creating a high level of workforce satisfaction and loyalty.

Cresa Washington DC has local offices in the District of Columbia; Baltimore, MD; Bethesda, MD; and McLean, VA.
