Cushman & Wakefield’s John Campanella Represented The Meridian Group
Cushman & Wakefield today announced that it has secured $80.4 million in financing for 1735 N Lynn Street, a 293,539 square foot, LEED Gold and ENERGY STAR Certified office building.
Executive Managing Director John Campanella of Cushman & Wakefield arranged the financing on behalf of The Meridian Group. A bank and debt fund served as the lenders.
“We continue to see competitive floating rate pricing for quality product with strong sponsors,” said Mr. Campanella.
International Place is a LEED Gold and ENERGY STAR certified building located directly across the street from The Rosslyn Metro station (Blue, Orange and Silver lines) with quick access to Washington, DC, The Pentagon, Reagan National Airport, Tysons and Dulles International Airport. Vehicular access is available with connections to Route 50, Interstate 66 and 395, Wilson and Clarendon Boulevard, the George Washington Memorial Parkway, and all major bridges into DC (Key Bridge, Roosevelt Bridge and Memorial Bridge).
The building includes a newly renovated 4,376 square foot fitness center, modern high-end restrooms and best-in-class conference facility and management office on the ground floor. International Place enjoys spectacular views of the Jefferson Memorial, Memorial Bridge and the Potomac River and has the largest potential for balconies and outdoor space in the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor.
