The ten building, 57,153square foot mixed-use property is located at 1159 Austin Street in Corolla, North Carolina. The property, which was 84% leased at the time of the acquisition and is comprised of 21 retail spaces and 26 apartments, was acquired for $4,620,000 by Golasa Holdings, LLC.
The sale was completed by Catharine Spangler with leasing advisor Eric Stanley assisting in the transaction.
