The park is a planned 180,000-square foot dedicated medical destination in Goochland County being developed by LingerfeltCommonWealth Partners in partnership with MEDARVA Healthcare.
Richmond Plastic Surgeons is relocating from its current offices at St. Mary’s Hospital in Richmond. The practice is the largest and preeminent plastic surgical group in Virginia. The surgeons will operate in a private surgical center which will also be located in the MEDARVA Building.
Existing tenants located in West Creek Medical Park include: Dr. Jeffrey J. Zuravleff, who specializes in oculoplastic surgery, Virginia Physicians for Women (VPFW), as well as MEDARVA Healthcare, Richmond’s non-profit healthcare system that owns and operates Stony Point Surgery Center.
