Gerald S. Divaris, chairman and CEO of Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of six leases totaling 18,068 square feet, including five for new and renewed retail space in the Divaris-leased and –managed 360 West Shopping Center located at 7226 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Other tenants in the center include: Rite Aid, Dollar General, Auto Zone, Subway, and Boost Mobile. DRE’s Sara Goodall represented the landlord, 360 West Shopping Center, in the lease negotiations. The leases were signed with:

• Jerusalem Deli and Market renewed its lease for 5,111 square feet of retail space;
• Taj Mahal Grocery leased 3,375 square feet of retail space;
• Iglesia Camino de Santidad renewed itslease for 2,750 square feet of space;
• The New Deliverance Tabernacle renewed itslease for 2,750 square feet of space;
• Jackson Hewitt renewed its lease for 2,082 square feet of retail space.

The Richmond office of Divaris Real Estate also completed the signing of a lease with Michael Cole for a 2,000-square-foot barber shop in the Divaris-leased and -managed Village Commons Shopping Center located at 20833 Woodpecker Road in South Chesterfield, Virginia. Other tenants in Village Commons include: Food Lion, Rite Aid, and Dollar General. DRE’s Read Goode and Cheryle Toy represented both the tenant and the landlord, HODA Investments, in the lease negotiations.
