Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports that the Richmond based firm’s eight Virginia and South Carolina offices completed 795 lease transactions totaling more than 7 million square feet with a transactional value of nearly $410 million during the first half of 2016.
Industrial building transactions of more than 4.1 million square feet accounted for the largest amount of space leased. Office and retail leases were over 1.5 million square feet and 1.3 million square feet respectively.
