Rob DeClement
Junior Achievement of Central Maryland Inc. (JA), a non-profit organization dedicated to educating young people to succeed in a rapidly changing economy, announced the addition of Rob DeClement to its board of directors.
DeClement is currently consumer sales region executive and senior vice president of Bank of America. DeClement is responsible for managing 11 markets across 138 financial center locations across the state of Maryland. He manages a total of 250 sellers and an additional 42 registered financial sales leaders and is responsible for all retail banking sales and 1.2MM customer households.
“Being on the board of Junior Achievement provides me with an avenue to help educate the children in our community around financial literacy,” said DeClement. “It is a privilege to be a part of such an honorable organization.”
Since 2007, DeClement has been a member of the Consumer Leadership Program (CLP), a development program for executive level leaders, designed to expose participants to an executive role within the financial services industry. He has also served as the executive sponsor for the Military Support Affinity Group, Boston Chapter.
DeClement is a graduate of Sacred Heart University earning a B.S. in criminal justice.
