An affiliate of Shamin Hotels has bought the Berry-Burk building in downtown Richmond.
The 525 Grace LLC acquired the four-story building at Sixth and Grace streets for $4.6 million, said Neil Amin, president and CEO of Shamin Hotels, the Richmond region’s largest hotel operator. The deal closed July 8.
The entity bought the building at 525 E. Grace St. for investment purposes, he said.
