XNG Natural Gas has again delayed its expansion into Appomattox County. The company was originally slated to begin construction eight months ago.
Originally announced by Gov. Terry McAuliffe in October 2015, the project is part of the Boston-based company’s expansion into the mid-Atlantic region.
According to its website, XNG plans to use the natural gas pipeline that runs through the Appomattox Center for Business and Commerce to produce compressed natural gas to sell to clients in Virginia, North Carolina and Maryland.
