Global commercial real estate services firm Colliers International (NASDAQ:CIGI, TSX:CIG) today announced that Nicholas Hunter has joined the Washington, DC, office as an Assistant Vice President specializing in tenant and landlord representation.

“With his strong experience in both tenant and landlord representation, Nick is a tremendous addition to the bench of bright talent that is contributing to the growth of our Washington, DC office,” said David Parker, Regional Managing Director for Colliers International in Washington, DC.

Hunter comes to Colliers International from the boutique Washington, DC real estate firm POUNDS, where he led and managed the firm’s business development and marketing. Nick also was the chief representative for POUNDS at governmental and industry events and official proceedings.

In addition to POUNDS, Hunter’s prior experience includes roles as Senior Associate with JLL in Washington, DC, Research Associate with the Staubach Company (acquired by JLL in 2008), Research Coordinator, with CBRE and Research Analyst with CoStar. Hunter is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
