The top-producing team is licensed in Virginia and Washington, D.C.
The LizLuke Team, led by Elizabeth Lucchesi, has joined the Alexandria Old Town Historic District office of Long & Foster Real Estate, the nation’s No. 1 privately owned residential real estate company and the exclusive local affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate. Lucchesi’s team is one of the top in the local market, having sold nearly $60 million in real estate in 2015 and being named as one of the top teams in Virginia by REAL Trends this year.
“I’m very excited to become part of the Long & Foster family and to take advantage of everything this family-owned company offers its agents,” Lucchesi said. “My team and I have a great passion for real estate and continuously strive to improve our service and skills, making the technology, support and resources of Long & Foster a fantastic match not only for us, but also for our clients. I’m confident that joining Long & Foster will allow us to further build our business and better support all our buyers and sellers.”
Lucchesi comes to Long & Foster from a competing local brokerage, and she brings a team of professionals with her, including Kristina Eells, Holli Wallace, Paige Beer, Chelsea Watson and Jennifer Connors. Lucchesi began her career as a leasing professional with JPI, a luxury apartment builder, eventually working her way up to division manager before becoming vice president. As a Realtor, she has sold homes at all price levels ranging from $56,000 to $2.5 million, and her team is well known for standing with their clients, providing excellent customer service to them throughout the entire real estate transaction.
“We’re thrilled to have Elizabeth and The LizLuke Team join our family of outstanding real estate agents in the greater Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia market,” said Larry “Boomer” Foster, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Elizabeth and her team bring dedication, expertise and talent to Long & Foster, and her high professional standards fit well with our company’s values of integrity, honesty, innovation and good old-fashioned customer service. It’s these qualities that have helped Long & Foster achieve success in real estate and that help our clients accomplish their homeownership dreams.”
Lucchesi is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors and its Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club, as well as the Virginia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She holds the advanced real estate designations of Graduate, Realtor Institute, Seller Representative Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert, and Senior Real Estate Specialist, and she was a Certified Relocation Counselor through her previous brokerage. She has an extensive sales and marketing background, and she graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor’s degree in English.
