Global commercial real estate services firm Colliers International (NASDAQ:CIGI, TSX:CIG)today announced that Kristina Leighty has rejoined the firm to lead its Project Management team of the Corporate Solutions, Government Solutions and Brokerage teams in the Greater Washington, DC region.

“Kristina is a veteran project manager, committed to the highest levels of client service. She brings extensive experience in interior design, construction management and space planning that will strengthen our Project Management team. Leighty returns to Colliers International after a brief stint at CRESA where she was Vice President of Project Management.

”I am very excited to be back to my Colliers International family. My goal is to create a center of excellence that will provide superior project management services to our clients and grow our project management team both locally and nationally.”

Leighty’s prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager at architecture and interior design firm INTEC Group, Project Manager at InterSpec Design and as an interior designer at Peck Peck & Associates and Kumin Associates. Leighty is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a degree in Housing, Interior Design and Resource Management, Interior Design. She is a LEED Green Associate.
