Paula Brown Kelley, President and Principal Broker of Kelley Commercial Real Estate, in Fairfax, Virginia, is pleased to announce the addition of Karen K. O’Gorman as Associate Broker.  Ms. O’Gorman will specialize in tenant representation, helping tenants to locate commercial space, negotiate new leases, and renew existing leases.

Ms. O’Gorman has been a commercial real estate broker for more than twenty-five years and specializes in commercial leasing, having leased or renewed hundreds of leases in Northern Virginia particularly in the Alexandria, Arlington, Merrifield, and Fairfax office submarkets. Karen was most recently Vice-President of Commercial Leasing at Gates Hudson in Fairfax, Virginia where she assisted both landlords and tenants achieve their real estate objectives. Ms. O’Gorman’s extensive experience as a landlord representative gives her a unique perspective to help tenants protect their interests by negotiating favorable lease terms and through execution of lease documents. Karen has completed lease transactions with both commercial and government tenants such as the Commonwealth of Virginia, Medstar Washington Hospital Center, Inova Health Care Services, Neurology Center of Fairfax, Ltd., International Chiefs of Police, Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, Centra Technologies, Inc., AAA Mid-Atlantic, and Bank of America. Ms. O’Gorman is a past president of the Northern Virginia chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and a member of both NAIOP and CREW.
