West, Lane & Schlager Principal Richard Lane and Assistant Vice President Tom Fuge represented TMB in this new multi-year, 11,258-square-foot transaction at 100 M Street, SE, which boosts its total square footage to 32,575. In addition to brokerage and transactional services, West, Lane & Schlager’s Greg Hanson provided TMB with project and construction management.

In the summer of 2015, TMB expanded to roughly 21,300 square feet at 100 M Street, SE, leaving its then-current suite on the fourth floor and occupying the entire eighth floor. Now, it has re-occupied its previous fourth-floor space, necessitated by continued staff growth and newly awarded contracts, Fuge says.

He notes that TMB looked at alternative expansion options in Crystal City, but ultimately decided to remain – and grow – at its present location, which is part of a 243,221-square-foot property jointly owned by Houston-based Lionstone Investments and London-based Hermes Investment Management.
