Richmond, VA, September 27, 2016 – JLL has completed several transactions in the Richmond market totaling 47,147 square feet. The transactions include the following:

TENANT REPRESENTATION

  • Vinson and Elkins leased 7,701 square feet at 901 E Byrd Street in Richmond, VA. Ned Roberts of JLL represented the tenant.
  • Technorap Systems Solutions leased 5,105 square feet of industrial space at 8590 Sanford Drive in Richmond, VA. Chris Avellana and Danny Holly of JLL represented the tenant.
  • AFLAC leased 4,289 square feet at 4805 Lake Brook Drive in Glen Allen, VA. Gareth Jones of JLL represented the tenant.
  • Two Men and a Truck leased 3,021 square feet at 13511 E Boundary Road in Midlothian, VA. Jake Servinsky represented the tenant.
  • Vanguard Cleaning Services leased 1,304 square feet at 7130 Glen Forest Drive in Glen Allen, VA. Chris Avellana and Jake Servinsky represented the tenant.

  • Kala Brand Music leased 9,600 square feet at 319 Business Lane in Ashland, VA. Adam Lawson and Scott Keeton of JLL represented the building owner.
  • Action Upholstery leased 4,662 square feet of industrial space at 10780 Old Washington Highway in Henrico, VA. Danny Holly of JLL represented the building owner.

  • 525 Grace purchased the property at 525 E Grace Street in Richmond, VA. Gareth Jones and Jimmy Appich of JLL represented the buyer.
  • Linden Tree Juno Investors LLC purchased the property at 1922 Tappahannock Boulevard in Tappahannock, VA. Adam Lawson and Gareth Jones represented the buyer.
