Boulders I, located at 1001 Boulders Parkway, is 78,995 square feet; Boulders II, 7400 Beaufont Springs Drive, is 76,981 square feet; Boulders III, 1100 Boulders Parkway, is 132,440 square feet.The class A office portfolio was 76% leased at the time of sale. The portfolio includes 34 tenants. Major corporations that occupy space in the buildingsinclude Timmons Company and Tredegar Corporation.
Dominion Realty Partners purchased the property; the sale was completed by Eric Robison of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
