A sprawling, age-restricted development proposed for Hanover County that is designed to complement the existing Wyndham community in Henrico County most likely will face public scrutiny today.
The Henrico County Planning Commission will consider a request that would stonewall the developer’s plan to connect the two communities.
The 366-acre “resort-style” community consisting of about 900 homes would include an assisted-living facility and would sit on Ashland and Cauthorne roads in Hanover, just across the county line from Wyndham in Henrico. Developers are not saying what they plan to name the community.
