Tonya Mallory, co-founder and former CEO of Health Diagnostic Laboratory, no longer has an executive role in the latest company she helped co-found, Creo Wellness LLC.
Mallory has been removed from her role as Creo’s president and chief operating officer, according to a statement the company released late Friday. She will instead act as an adviser to the company.
The statement did not provide details as to why the change was made.
A corporate wellness company based in western Henrico County, Creo was founded last year by Mallory and Peter Bernard, the former longtime CEO of Bon Secours Richmond Health System and Bon Secours Virginia Health System.
