104 New Affordable Homes will open within walking distance of Ballston Metro.
The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH) announces the grand opening of The Springs Apartments on Thursday, November 3, 2016.
The Springs will provide 47 units for low and very low income households earning less than 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI); 51 units for households earning below 60% AMI, and 6 market rate units. Sixty-three apartments will be two-bedroom and 22 apartments will be three-bedroom to accommodate families.
Located at the corner of N. Carlin Springs Road and N. Thomas Street, The Springs will be less than a ½ mile from the Ballston Metro station, near major employment and retail stores.
Speakers at this event will include Arlington County Board Chair Libby Garvey, APAH Board Chair John Milliken, Virginia Housing Development Authority Executive Director Susan Dewey, Bank of America Senior Vice President Brian Tracey, and APAH President/CEO Nina Janopaul.
