Move expected for December 2016
Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is excited to announce they will relocate their local office to The Executive Offices at Eagle Village in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The new Class A office space, on the market for only 25 days, is comprised of 4,687 square feet and is located at 1125 Jefferson Davis Highway, Suite 350 in the City of Fredericksburg. Build-out is currently underway, with completion scheduled for December.

Eagle Village, developed by The University of Mary Washington Foundation, is a 23 acre pedestrian-friendly, residential and retail mixed-use village in the former Park & Shop retail center, which includes an apartment-style residence complex for UMW students; office, retail and restaurant facilities; and a multi-level parking garage. The first phase of construction was completed in July 2010. Tenants including Giant, Hyatt Place, Planet Fitness, Children’s Museum of Richmond, Pancho Villa Mexican Restaurant, Country Cookin’ and Sweet Frog, to name a few.The development is strategically located along Fredericksburg’s busy Route 1 corridor, and is immediately adjacent to Mary Washington Hospital Campus, the University of Mary Washington and Downtown Fredericksburg.

An opportunity presented itself at Eagle Village that would allow us to create a fresh, collaborative space, while furthering our relationship with the UMW Foundation.”
