Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer and Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners are pleased to announce MEDARVA Healthcare has leased 6,800 square feet in the MEDARVA Building located at West Creek Medical Park. Phase 1 of a three-phase surgery center will open in Spring of 2017. Phase 2 is in the design stage. West Creek Medical Park is a planned 180,000-square foot dedicated medical destination in Goochland County being developed by Lingerfelt CommonWealth Partners in partnership with MEDARVA Healthcare.
MEDARVA Healthcare has recently received COPN approval from the Commonwealth of Virginia to relocate two operating rooms from its surgery center in Stony Point to this location just west of Short Pump to serve the far west end, Goochland and Hanover Counties. MEDARVA West Creek Surgery Center will be the second location for the non-profit healthcare organization. Its Stony Point Surgery Center features 12 operating rooms and is running at 110% capacity.
In addition to MEDARVA West Creek Surgery Center, current and soon to open medical practices in West Creek Medical Park include: Richmond Gastroenterology Associates, Virginia Physicians for Women (VPFW), Richmond Plastic Surgeons, and Dr. Jeffrey J. Zuravleff, who specializes in oculoplastic surgery.
