Travis Roofing Supply of Virginia leased 10,000 sq.ft. at 1189 Lance Rd., Norfolk, VA. Robert M. Thornton, CRE, CCIM, SIOR handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

S&D Coffee, Inc. renewed its lease of 6,600 sq.ft. at 911 Live Oak Drive, Chesapeake, VA. Christine Kaempfe, CCIM and Patrick Mumey, SIOR handled the lease negotiations.

Precious Pearls leased 3,708 sq.ft. at 516 Albemarle Dr., Chesapeake, VA. Precious Pearls is a Child Care Center focused on the care of special needs children.
