
Team Wins for Real Estate Transaction Building Lease, and Interiors
Cushman & Wakefield Vice Chairman Spencer Stouffer, Vice President Krysta Herring, Executive Director Moe Hamilton, Senior Vice President Angela Poliskey, Vice Chairman Paul Darr, and Vice Chairman Dale Powell were recognized as industry leaders at the Best of NAIOP Northern Virginia Awards Gala November 16th at the Ritz-Carlton in Tysons Corner.

For ‘Real Estate Transaction Building Lease’, Spencer Stouffer and Krysta Herring won an ‘Award of Merit’ for their work with Opower, and Moe Hamilton won an ‘Award of Merit’ for his work at 1775 Tysons Boulevard.
For ‘Interiors Tenant Space 15,000 to 49,999 SF’, Angela Poliskey, Paul Darr, and Dale Powell won an ‘Award of Excellence’ for their work with American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO).
