The 14-story, 270-unit, Class-A high-rise has reached a significant milestone and is anticipated to deliver on-schedule in November 2017. The Dalton is now one of the tallest buildings in the Braddock Metro submarket, and the top floor units have impressive, unobstructed views of Washington, DC and the Potomac River.
