Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (DRE), announced the completion of the following transactions in the Washington, DC market, totaling 7,987 square feet of commercial space.

Shahi Kabob Restaurant and Catering leased 3,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Ashdale Plaza located at 2896 Dale Boulevard in Dale City, Va. DRE’s Susan McGee and Christopher Saa represented the landlord in the lease negotiations, The restaurant joins Goodwill, Family Dollar, Davita Dialysis Center and Popeye’s in Ashdale Plaza.

The College of William & Mary Foundation leased 2,147 square feet of office space in the Ballston Metro Center located at 901 North Stuart Street in Arlington, Va. DRE’s Joe Farina, Amit Grover and Debbie Wake represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

ClearComm Technologies leased 1,440 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Layhill Shopping Center, located at 14446 Layhill Road in Silver Spring, Maryland. The cell phone retailer joins Gold’s Gym, Bank of America, BB&T, 7-Eleven and Subway in Layhill Shopping Center. McGee represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.

Ameritel of Ashburn leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in the Divaris-leased Old Ashburn Square located at 20630 Ashburn Road in Ashburn, Va. The cell phone retailer joins 7-Eleven, Studio Bleu, Vocelli’s Pizza and JEI Learning Center in Old Ashburn Square. McGee represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
