H&R Retail Completes 10 Retail Leases In Mid-Atlantic Region

Transactions include new PetSmart Store in California, Md.

H&R Retail, a Washington, DC/Baltimore-based retail real estate brokerage firm, announced that it recently completed ten retail lease transactions in the Mid-Atlantic region. The leases include:

  • PetSmart leased 21,629 square feet at Laurel Glen Shopping Center, California, Md. from Sharri Holdings Corp. Geoffrey Mackler and Ray Schupp with H&R represented the tenant.
  • Mission BBQ leased 4,933 square feet at Denizen Plaza, Sterling, Va. from 45979 Denizen, LLC. Bradley Buslik with H&R represented the tenant.
  • Wonder Nails leased 3,290 square feet at Goodhope Marketplace, Washington, DC from Goodhope Marketplace. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yurow with H&R represented the landlord.
  • NASA Federal Credit Union leased 2,656 square feet at Wintergreen Plaza, Rockville, Md. from Rockville Pike Joint Venture LP. Geoffrey Mackler and Bradley Buslik with H&R represented the landlord.
  • Wireless Center leased 2,067 square feet at Geller Station, Artibus, Md. from Zone 27, LLC. Brian Mitchell with H&R represented the landlord.
  • Francesca’s Collections leased 1,712 square feet at Ballston Quarter, Arlington, Va. from Forest City Washington. Geoffrey Mackler and Bradley Buslik with H&R represented the tenant.
  • T-Mobile leased 1,642 square feet at Evergreen Square Shopping Center, Frederick, Md. from Evergreen Square Limited Partnership. Sean Harcourt and Jim Crilley with H&R represented the landlord.
  • Pure Barre leased 1,227 square feet at CENTRAL, Silver Spring, Md. from Fenton Street Apartments, LLC. Geoffrey Mackler and Bradley Buslik with H&R represented the landlord.
  • China Village leased 1,125 square feet at Festival at Manassas, Manassas, Va. from FC Festival LLC. Larry Hoffman and Scott Yuorw with H&R represented the landlord.
