Wooten will specialize in multifamily investment sales, serving private clients throughout the region. He brings more than eleven years of experience and was previously a managing director at KW Commercial in Largo, MD.

His educational background includes obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree from Lincoln University, and obtained his M.B.A from University of Maryland, University College in 2004. Lorenzo also received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in March 2015. Prior to becoming a commercial real estate professional, Wooten had a successful career as a Regional Sales Manager at Fannie Mae.

Wooten is active in several local organizations, including serving as a member of the Board of Directors for FSC First, a financial institution focused on small business lending in Prince George's county. He also volunteers through Junior Achievement of America, 100 Black Men of Prince George's County, and his fraternity Kappa Alpha PSI Fraternity Inc. Wooten is also a 2015 graduate of Leadership Maryland.
