The Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce announced plans Wednesday for a new office to be built off Peppers Ferry Road between the Gran Rodeo Mexican restaurant and Grand Home Furnishings.
The nonprofit has signed a 10-year lease on the 3,000-square-foot space with the option to purchase the building sometime in the future.
The property, which is now a vacant lot, is owned by Matt Kesler and Jeff Price, who is a member of the chamber’s board of directors.
