A downtown developer plans to open condominiums next summer.
The mostly two-bedroom condos will be located next to El Jéfe Taqueria Garaje at 1200 Commerce St. There will be a few three- and one-bedroom options available as well.
Jason Cudd, who owns 1016 Jefferson St., which is home to The Waterdog, bought the property about a year and a half ago for $800,000, according to the Lynchburg Geographic Information System.
