Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce Melody Almonte achieved the CPM^® (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Melody received her designation on April 18 at IREM’s Hampton Roads Virginia Chapter 39 monthly business meeting by Tamara Simonds, CPM President of the IREM chapter. The CPM designation is awarded to real estate managers who have met IREM’s rigid requirements in areas of education, experience, and commitment to a code of ethics.

Melody currently serves as a senior portfolio manager in Thalhimer’s Virginia Beach office and has been with the firm for two years managing a portfolio of more than 800,000 square feet of commercial office and retail properties.
