DFW Capital Partners is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Restoration & Recovery (R&R), has named Richard Matero as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Matero joins Restoration & Recovery from CBRE FacilitySource, the leading outsourced facility services company, where he served as Chief Financial Officer for five years. Richard guided FacilitySource from seven to nine-figure revenue and was integral to the company’s acquisition by CBRE in 2018.

Prior to FacilitySource, Mr. Matero was President of Control Holding Group, where FacilitySource was incubated prior to its spin out as an independent company. He possesses over 30 years of facility service experience, including additional C-suite leadership positions at International Service Systems and Initial Contract Services.
