Pfizer (PFE) announced that it had achieved positive top-line results for its phase 3 study using abrocitinib to treat patients with atopic dermatitis. Specifically, this was for patients who were 12 years of age and older with atopic dermatitis. Not only did the study meet on the co-primary endpoints, but it met on all secondary endpoints as well. The thing is that there is going to be some competition in the space for Pfizer, which it will have to navigate through.
