Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of 1731 Carl D. Silver Parkway in the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia.
1731 Central Park, LLC purchased the 33,179 square foot retail property, which houses Pottery Barn Warehouse and is situated on 2.82 acres, from Mach II MCB Silver Portfolio Owner One, LLC for $2,825,000 as an investment.
