Pisha’s real estate transactional experience includes handling mortgage and mezzanine lending for commercial, multi-family and mixed-use properties, and advising bank clients on commercial lending transactions. This includes leading the structure, negotiation and documentation of commercial real estate lending transactions on behalf of significant regional banks, as well as drafting and negotiating real estate purchase and sale agreements for investor and developer clients. Additionally, he has counseled public and private investors, real estate investment trusts (REITS), investment banks, institutional lenders, and Fortune 500s on sophisticated debt, commercial equity, real estate, joint venture, securities and M&A transactions.

A corporate lawyer with 15 years of experience practicing both in-house and with major law firms, Pisha has advised clients in sophisticated and sizeable business transactions across a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, banking and lending, healthcare, aerospace, automotive, consumer goods, energy and infrastructure, gaming, manufacturing, information technology and business services.

Pisha is admitted in the District of Columbia, New York and Maryland. He earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Colorado and his law degree with honors from The George Washington University Law School.
