This lease by new tenant comes on the heels of BECO’s own major renovation and several other signed leases, all of which have ramped up the energy and excitement of the Hallmark Building.
IAI North America, which is relocating from Arlington, Va., worked with Rick Meadows from Cresa and Levi Cohen of BECO Management to find this exciting new space capable of supporting their rapid growth and hiring effort in the U.S.
In a strategic investment, BECO has finished lobby renovations that include an active and inspiring installation featuring a ten foot wide, 748 gallon fish tank. A new game room adds competitive fun and team building to the Hallmark Building workplace experience. The lower lobby is home to a coffee bar with seating conducive to brainstorming, collaboration, or taking a break.
