Tysons, Virginia-based TheIncLab has opened an AI lab in Florida, it announced last week.

The five-year-old engineering design company launched its Artificial Intelligence Experience lab inside Tampa, Florida-based The Undercroft, a cybersecurity incubator that opened last summer, to serve its existing and new clients in the area.

TheIncLab reported that it has plans to hire at least 15 engineers and developers over the next year to work out of the Tampa AI lab. This AI lab is the company’s third location, it’s other two being here in the District and in Nashville. During its tenure, the company has worked with several branches of the Department of Defense and other organizations across the healthcare, aerospace, manufacturing and consumer electronics sectors.
