EXECUTIVEVICE PRESIDENT:
Eric B. Robisonhas been promoted to executivevice president. Mr. Robison leads Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, focusing exclusively on the disposition of investment real estate and specializing in institutional grade office and industrial properties. He has led transactions valued at over $1 billion over his career and has represented clients such as Barings, DRA Advisors, Childress Klein, Highwoods Properties and Lexington Realty Trust. He has been with Thalhimer since 2004.
Christopher E. Rouzie has been promoted to executive vice president.Mr. Rouzie manages Thalhimer’s Hampton Roads offices, which include 30 broker professionals. He specializes in retail site selection and leasing for some of Hampton Roads’ most active retailers and developers. Mr. Rouzie is active with Goodwill of Central & Coastal Virginia and was Chairman of the Board from 2017-2019. He is also active in International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a former State Director. He has been with Thalhimer since 1998.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT:
Jamie A. Scully, CCIM has been promoted to senior vice president. Mr. Scully joined Thalhimer in 2004as part of commercial brokerage in their Fredericksburg office. Mr. Scully focuses on sales and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties, as well as investment and land sales.
Graham Stoneburner has been promoted to senior vice president.Mr. Stoneburner joined Thalhimer in 2015 as a member of Industrial Brokerage Services, a group which he now leads. He focuses on landlord and tenant representation and uses his in-depth analytic approach and superior market knowledge to assist his clients.
FIRST VICE PRESIDENT:
Jessica Johnson, CCIMhas been promoted to first vice president.Ms. Johnson joined Thalhimer’s Roanoke office in 2015 and has over fourteen years of experience in the real estate industry specializing in both tenant and landlord representation within the retail sector. Ms. Johnson is an active member in the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Institute and serves on the national Marketing Committee. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the CCIM Mid-Atlantic chapter and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Locally, she serves on the Board of Directors for Downtown Roanoke Inc., as well as a member of the Economic Development Committee.
Clark Simpson has been promoted to first vice president.Mr. Simpson joined Thalhimer in the Hampton Roads office in 2019. He works exclusively on investment sales for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group specializing in single tenant net leased, multifamily properties, office/industrial, and retail investment sale transactions across the corporate platform. His clients have included several local and regional developers, owners, lenders and servicers, as well as institutional owners. Mr. Simpson is an expert in financial analysis, underwriting and valuation of income producing assets. He also continues to selectively work in the capacity as an expert witness and consulting expert in complex commercial real estate litigation cases.
Alex T. Wotring has been promoted to firstvice president.Mr. Wotring joined Thalhimer’s Richmond office in October 2015 specializing in both retail tenant and landlord representation. One of his principal areas of focus and expertise is retail tenant site selection across Virginia for strategic site development. While at Thalhimer, he has represented a wide spectrum of clients that range from Fortune 500 corporations to small local operators with one or two locations.
VICE PRESIDENT:
Wick Smithhas been promoted to vice president. Mr. Smith joined Thalhimer’s Virginia Beach office in July 2015 specializing in retail sales and tenant representation. He works with national and local retailers on market strategy in occupying regional shopping centers, free-standing buildings and outparcel strip centers, experienced in lease negotiations and land sales for both retail and medical uses.
Jenny Stoner has been promoted to senior associate.Ms. Stoner is a commercial brokerageassociate in Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’sCharlottesville office specializing in the leasing and sales of retail and office properties in and around the Charlottesville market. She has been with Thalhimer since 2018.
