MR. FIX-ITleased 4,466 square feet of office/warehouse space at Norfolk Business Center, 2551 Eltham Avenue in Norfolk, VA. Brett Sain handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.

Boxx Fitness, LLCleased 4,027 square feet of retail space at Harbour View Shoppes, 5883-5889 Harbour View Blvd. in Suffolk, VA. David Machupa, Ed Kimple and Eric Stanley handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord; Dean Martin, also with Thalhimer, represented the tenant.

BayPort Credit Union leased 3,144 square feet of retail space at Fox Mill Centre, 6689 Fox Centre Pkwy. in Gloucester, VA. Chris Rouzie handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

G2 Ops expanded leased 2,593 square feet, for a total of 10,304 square feet, of office space at One Guardian, 2829 Guardian Lane in Virginia Beach, VA. Josh Fulton handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.

The soon-to-be demised space will feature a prominent, street level storefront within a signature building in the midst of Merchants Square, in Williamsburg, VA. Dawn F. Griggs, SIOR and Drew Haynie handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord. A summer 2021 grand opening is anticipated.
