T. Sky Woodward
Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that T. Sky Woodward, a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Helping Up Mission in Baltimore.
The Helping Up Mission is a non-denominational, faith-based recovery center for men and women fighting homelessness, poverty, and addiction. Bradley attorneys have provided pro bono legal services to residents of the Helping Up Mission since 2013. This year, the Helping Up Mission will celebrate the opening of its Women’s and Children’s Center in Baltimore.

Ms. Woodward represents clients in complex legal matters, including class actions, environmental, commercial, and constitutional litigation. She provides risk mitigation counseling to her real estate industry clients. Her business clients have spanned a variety of industries, including commercial and multifamily real estate developers and property management companies, financial services companies, consumer product manufacturers, chemical, food additive and agricultural product manufacturers, homebuilders, trade associations, petroleum companies, and healthcare subrogation companies.
Ms. Woodward previously served a four-year term as a member of the Maryland Appellate Courts Judicial Nominating Commission, to which she was appointed by Gov. Lawrence J. Hogan, Jr. She serves as vice president of the Parish Council at Church of the Nativity in Baltimore County, Maryland and is the past president of Maryland Defense Counsel, Inc. (MDC), the statewide organization of trial lawyers who devote their practices to defending business in civil litigation.
