Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce Alexandra Mitchener achieved the CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. The CPM designation is awarded to managers who have met IREM’s requirements in areas of education, experience, and commitment to a code of ethics.

Ms. Mitchener joined Thalhimer in January 2019 after working for The Retreat in Blacksburg in various leasing, management, and marketing roles. Since joining Thalhimer, Ms. Mitchener earned a promotion from Assistant Portfolio Manager to Portfolio Manager and she has also earned the ACoM designation, another designation under the IREM association. Ms. Mitchener manages a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties in Hampton Roads. She is a graduate of the Property Management program at Virginia Tech.
