7799 Leesburg Pike is a 360,000 square foot twin-office tower development ideally located at the intersection of the Capital Beltway and Leesburg Pike (Route 7) in Tysons, Virginia. Renovations are currently underway to dramatically update the property and elevate it to the top of its class, creating the ideal office environment for employees, clients and visitors. Interior improvements include a new café with Wi-Fi, striking two-story lobby, and tenant-exclusive amenities such as a private health club and an expansive terrace with fire pits. These luxurious enhancements are scheduled for completion in July 2016.
