In an open session Thursday morning, Old Dominion University's Board of Visitors is expected to make a recommendation on whether to rebuild or relocate Ballard Stadium after digesting a much-anticipated architectural report.
The meeting originally was scheduled to be closed. But Tuesday morning, senior associate athletic director Debbie White e-mailed media members saying the entire session, including the results of Populous' year-long feasibility study, will be public.
After discussing the report, the Board is expected to make a recommendation to ODU president John Broderick.
