Commercial Property Executive/Multi-Housing News, in its 2016 rankings of Top Brokerage firms in the United States, has placed Lee & Associates No. 2 in its 2016 rankings. This represents a significant jump from No. 11 in 2015.

The ranking, according to the publication, is a weighted formula based on a variety of factors, including firm performance in 2015 and over time, overall and based on more specific factors like investment sales, leasing activity and multi-year growth.
