WHAT: The combination of technological advancements and mobile and social giving trends are driving nonprofit organizations to refine their multi-channel strategy. As nonprofits increase their multi-channel marketing efforts, their staffs must ensure they are providing a consistent message across multiple platforms and as many opportunities as possible for donors to contribute to their campaigns.
The 11th Annual Bridge to Integrated Marketing and Fundraising Conference, commonly known as the Bridge Conference, will feature a session titled “Building Your Multi-Channel Campaigns.” The session will highlight case studies that detail the basics of multi-channel campaigning.
Bridge Conference attendees will learn keys steps in executing effective multi-channel campaigns, which include the following:
- Using historical data and benchmarks to determine the best channels to engage donors.
- Developing an integrated, multi-channel contact calendar.
- Implementing proven strategies for creating effective multi-channel messaging and creative.
WHO: Chrissy Hyre, director of telemarketing strategies at CCAH, will co-present the “Building Your Multi-Channel Campaigns” session during the Bridge Conference. Hyre oversees telemarketing campaigns for CCAH’s largest clients. In addition, her efforts have helped the firm capture multiple Pollies, Direct Marketing Association of Washington (DMAW) MAXIs, and three FundRaising Success Gold Awards. Heather Shelby, activism and engagement manager at the Environmental Defense Fund, and Christy Jones, director of membership and direct response marketing, American Association of University Women, will co-present with Hyre.
